Smaller and thinner than their American counterparts, Swedish Pancakes are quite tender and comparable in texture to French crepes. Add your favorite pie filling and whipped cream, and you won't know the difference between breakfast and dessert!

Directions

  1. Step 1.

    Add eggs to Whiskware Batter Mixer, followed by all remaining ingredients. Shake until completed blended. Batter will be thin. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter onto lightly buttered omelet pan and spread to coat. Turn when top of pancake is almost dry. Don't allow to brown (they cook quickly). Remove from pan. Place 2 tablespoons of your favorite pie filling down the center of pancake, fold over both sides, and top with whipped cream.
