Recipe Note
How to reheat pancakes:
There are a few different methods you can use to reheat pancakes, depending on your personal preference:
Microwave: This is the quickest and easiest way to reheat pancakes. Simply place the pancakes on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 15-30 seconds, or until the pancakes are warmed through.
Oven: If you want your pancakes to have a slightly crispier texture, you can reheat them in the oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), place the pancakes on a baking sheet, and cover with foil. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the pancakes are heated through.
Toaster: Another way to add a bit of crispiness to your reheated pancakes is to toast them in a toaster. Simply place the pancakes in the toaster and toast on the lowest setting until they are warmed through.
Skillet: If you have a little extra time, you can reheat your pancakes in a skillet. Melt a little bit of butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and add the pancakes. Cook for a minute or two on each side, or until they are heated through and have a slightly crispy exterior.
No matter which method you choose, be sure not to overcook your pancakes, or they may become dry and tough.
