Fool's Gold French Toast

0 rating

Despite the name, there's nothing prankish about this recipe, which you can enjoy on April Fool's Day or any day of the year. The sugary-sweet fruit compote gets its flavor from golden apples and pears an ideal pairing for the equally sweet raisin nuggets tucked inside the bread.
