Step 1.
Preheat oven to 250F (130C). Spread pecans on lightly buttered baking sheet. Add all ingredients, except pecans, to a Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until well-blended (sugar does not need to dissolve). Pour cinnamon sugar mixture over pecans and toss until evenly coated. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
