Looking for easy pancake recipes to rock the Pancake Day holiday? From sweet to savory, we have the recipes to help you celebrate. As a base, start with the batter from our delicious, made-from-scratch Whiskware Pancake recipe, which you can whip up from start to finish in minutes flat. Then choose one of our five tempting and tasty variations below.

 

To make the batter, add the following ingredients to your Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until combined. 

 

  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

 

Now comes the fun part: choosing which pancakes you’ll make—first.

 

1) Strawberry Pecan White Chocolate Pancakes

Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of sliced fresh strawberries, chopped pecans, and white chocolate chips to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once. Serve topped with additional berries, nuts, and chips, plus pure maple syrup and whipped cream. 

 

2) Mango Coconut Pancakes

Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of diced mango to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once. Serve topped with a dollop of coconut-flavored yogurt, additional mango, shredded coconut, and pure maple syrup or honey.

 

3) Forest Fruits Pancakes

Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of fresh blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once. Serve topped with additional berries, butter, and honey.

 

4) Banana Walnut Fudge Pancakes

Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of sliced banana and chopped walnuts to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once. Serve topped with hot fudge sauce, plus  additional banana and walnut.

 

5) Savory Corn, Cheddar, & Scallion Pancakes

Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of thawed frozen corn kernels, grated sharp cheddar cheese, and diced scallions to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once. Serve topped with butter and honey.
